Here are some frequently asked questions regarding our premium features. 


 

What features are new in the update?

 

Along with a variety of layout and UI improvements including a calendar view, users now can buy a premium subscription, add custom plants, use more than one filter when searching the plant list, add/manage multiple garden projects, and more. 

 

 

Do I lose access to my plants or notes if I do not buy a premium subscription?

 

 

No, you will not lose access to your existing plants or information. Users will still have access to existing garden projects and any plants that were added prior to the premium update.

 

 

What do I get access to if I do not buy a premium subscription?

 

 

If you are creating a new project and chose not to buy a premium subscription, you can still access the entire plant database and log up to three plants for tracking. 

 

 

What am I paying for?

 

If you buy the premium subscription, you will receive unlimited project and plant tracking, personalized planting calendars, seed sprouting estimates, harvest estimates, a garden log, garden archive, note and photo record keeping, and personalized alerts!

 

 

What does a premium membership cost?

 

A premium subscription cost less than a pack of seeds per month. You can either pay for your premium subscription monthly for $4.99/month or annually $46.99/year (12 months at $3.92/mo. Save 21%)

 

 

How does the new calendar view work?

 

You can view the calendar feature from the main plant list by selecting the calendar tab at the top OR you can select a specific plant and view the calendar for that plant in the plant details. 

 

 

How do you add custom plants?

 

At the bottom of the plant list, you can select the button “Custom Plant” to add plants that are not in the app. 

 

 

How do you add/manage multiple gardens?

 

From the My Garden tab, select the (…) three dots menu next to the “Add Plant to Garden” button towards the bottom of the screen. Select Manage Gardens to add a new garden or toggle between existing garden projects. 

 

 

How do you use multiple filters to search the plant list?

 

 

From the plants list, select Filters next to the search bar. Simply click the multiple filters you would like to use including health benefits, favorites, seasons, and more.
